Currently, I serve as an IT Specialist at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where I lead network engineering, cybersecurity, and systems integration efforts across the Greater Los Angeles area.
My career spans the full IT stack — from triaging help desk tickets early on to now leading complex infrastructure projects, activating new site locations, and mentoring junior specialists. I've contributed to critical initiatives like the VA's Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) project and built risk management frameworks that keep site performance above 95% of targets.

Established and grew the VA Medical Center Long Beach IT Help Desk, eventually supporting 32+ VA campuses on the western U.S. Provided Tier 1 & 2 support in HIPAA-compliant environments with active High Risk Public Trust Security Clearance.
